About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Chef to support daily kitchen operations across our outlets in Singapore. The role involves managing opening and closing duties, supervising food preparation, ensuring food safety, and training staff.

Key responsibilities

Execute daily opening and closing duties in the outlet.
Supervise food preparation and production to meet quality standards and SOPs.
Maintain kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene according to company SOPs.
Recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff, including induction and on‑the‑job training.
Manage stock levels, inventory control, and minimise waste.
Liaise with the Central Kitchen and external suppliers for ordering.
Handle repair and maintenance of restaurant equipment.
Perform backend duties such as stock takes and scheduling.
Assist at other outlets when needed and carry out any other duties assigned by the Chef.
