Assistant Concierge – Front Office

About the role

The Assistant Concierge supports the Front Office team in delivering a warm, seamless arrival and departure experience for guests at COMO Metropolitan Singapore. You will act as a primary point of contact, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring luggage is handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to guests, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences.
• Anticipate guest preferences and suggest dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
• Collaborate with the Bell desk to deliver luggage to rooms within the agreed time frame.
• Welcome arriving guests at the driveway, escort them to the check‑in counter, and engage in friendly conversation.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and accurately, handling special requests with care.
• Maintain a professional presence during rotating shifts, including overnight, weekdays, and public holidays.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Patience and strong listening abilities to understand guest needs.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and public holidays.
• Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the OPERA property management system (preferred).
