Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of our digital marketing initiatives across paid, organic, and partnership channels. This hands‑on role involves daily performance monitoring, cross‑functional collaboration, and contribution to integrated campaigns and events.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, implement on‑page and technical SEO, and monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO platforms.
• Develop and execute content strategies for websites, EDMs and social media, creating copy, visuals and short videos while managing editorial calendars.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms, managing budgets, A/B testing and performance reporting.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for content generation, audience segmentation and predictive insights, and implement marketing automation workflows.
• Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversions, CPL and ROAS, producing monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Provide ad‑hoc digital and social media support for cross‑departmental campaigns, manage KOL/influencer relationships and act as a point of contact for events and product launches.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM and paid social advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen analytical mindset.
