Assistant Director, Corporate Partnership (Central)

About the role

The Assistant Director, Corporate Partnership (Central) will support the Director and Deputy Director in shaping and executing partnership strategies for a government healthcare organization across Singapore. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with external healthcare partners and general practitioners, driving business growth and service innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and co‑drive engagement and business strategies aligned with long‑term growth objectives.
• Lead partner engagement and outreach, cultivating relationships with external healthcare partners and GPs, and serving as primary liaison for feedback.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define value propositions and promote services to partners.
• Design and deliver marketing collateral and high‑impact events to raise awareness and deepen partner relationships.
• Track and analyse performance metrics, referral patterns and partner feedback to optimise processes and improve partner experience.
• Identify unmet clinical and patient needs and contribute to service innovation and development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy development and implementation within a senior management capacity.
• Strong track record of partner engagement, outreach and relationship management in the healthcare sector.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey value propositions.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in performance measurement and process optimisation.
