Assistant Director / Manager – Business Development & Engagement

About the role

The College of Computing and Data Science at Nanyang Technological University seeks an Assistant Director / Manager to lead its graduate programmes and continuing education portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Research and Graduate Programmes, you will drive strategic growth, ensure financial sustainability, and deliver high‑quality services to faculty, learners, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with industry, employers, and training partners.
• Translate industry needs into impactful learning solutions and develop collaboration agreements.
• Co‑develop Continuing Education and Training (CET) and graduate programmes aligned with SkillsFuture and adult‑learning needs.
• Design customised corporate training solutions and oversee end‑to‑end delivery.
• Support outreach, marketing, and recruitment initiatives to attract working professionals.
• Represent NTU CCDS at industry events, seminars, and education fairs.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements, coordinate with NTU PACE, and monitor programme performance using data‑driven insights.
• Lead and mentor a team of programme administrators to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Recognised Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in programme management, business development, corporate training or continuing education.
