Assistant Director, Organisational Development

About the role

The Assistant Director, Organisational Development will lead the design and execution of TGCH’s organisation‑wide development strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape culture, leadership capability and organisational effectiveness as the hospital moves from construction to full operation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the OD vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with TGCH and NUHS priorities.
• Translate strategic goals into phased, adaptive programmes across the hospital’s lifecycle.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to design organisational structures, culture initiatives and transformation priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs and dashboards for tracking OD impact.
• Lead the design and delivery of leadership retreats, alignment workshops, culture‑building events and pre‑/post‑opening interventions.
• Facilitate programmes, ensure clear deliverables and drive disciplined follow‑through of actions.
• Embed OD interventions into day‑to‑day practices to sustain long‑term change.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in organisational development, change management or related HR leadership roles.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to align OD initiatives to business objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Experience in a healthcare or complex institutional environment is a plus.
