Assistant Fairmont Gold Manager

About the role

The Assistant Fairmont Gold Manager supports the delivery of premium guest experiences for VIP guests and Executive Club members at Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford. This onsite role combines operational planning, team leadership, and revenue optimisation within a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assign sufficient staffing to meet daily operational needs.
• Plan VIP arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to foster loyalty.
• Handle guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Meet, greet, room, and service all VIP guests.
• Plan and review rosters to achieve productivity targets.
• Ensure LQA service standards are consistently applied.
• Conduct audit checks on colleague service standards and enforce compliance.
• Oversee all aspects of Guest Service and Guest Satisfaction for the Executive Club.
• Monitor maintenance and development of the Executive Club physical product.
• Facilitate preventive maintenance with housekeeping and engineering teams.
• Drive revenue generation for the Executive Club while controlling associated expenses.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE “A” Level; University degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of luxury hotel experience, preferably in Front Office.
• Strong decision‑making abilities.
• Knowledge of the Opera PMS and related sub‑systems.
• Proven ability to guide and coach team members.
• Responsive to challenges and open to change to achieve results.
• Self‑motivated with drive and initiative.
