Assistant F&B Manager – Food & Beverage Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant F&B Manager to support the stall manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high standards of food quality across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. The role involves hands‑on involvement in inventory, staff coordination, customer interaction, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing the stall, manage inventory, restock supplies, and place orders as needed.
• Support the stall manager in supervising staff, act as point of contact in the manager’s absence, and train new employees.
• Interact with customers, address inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and promote new products or specials.
• Handle cash, digital payments, daily sales transactions, and help prepare sales reports.
• Monitor hygiene and safety standards, conduct routine checks, and report any compliance issues.
• Help implement promotional strategies, maintain visual appeal of the stall, and collect customer feedback.
• Troubleshoot minor operational issues, manage staff or customer conflicts, and suggest workflow improvements.
