Assistant Finance Manager – FP&A

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join our FP&A team in Singapore. The role involves supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, analysing financial performance, and enhancing reporting efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business targets.
• Perform variance analysis, identify trends, risks, opportunities and root causes.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, OPEX, profit margins, CAPEX and cash flow.
• Automate and improve FP&A reporting using data visualisation and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide insights to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or a related field.
• 5–8 years of FP&A or related experience; oil & gas experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP/Oracle systems.
• Dashboard development and data visualisation capabilities.
