About the role

The Assistant Food Safety Executive supports the implementation and continuous improvement of GMP, HACCP and ISO systems within a food manufacturing facility. This role works closely with production teams to ensure product quality, safety and process efficiency while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

Ensure effectiveness of plant GMP and personal hygiene standards.
Maintain HACCP and ISO systems and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct in‑house quality and product wholesomeness analysis.
Investigate QA/QC complaints, assist product evaluation and shelf‑life monitoring.
Perform regular audits, inspections and coordinate corrective actions.

Required profile

Diploma in Food Science or related field.
Certification in HACCP and ISO Internal Audit.
Relevant experience with HACCP, ISO 9001 and food safety.
High integrity, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Willingness to work a rotational 5.5‑day week.
