Assistant Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Assistant Logistics Coordinator supports the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely processing and delivery of orders while maintaining warehouse standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process and deliver customer orders on schedule to meet company targets.
• Communicate daily with Warehouse, Planning, QA, and Production on shipment issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the warehouse area.
• Identify and implement process improvements and productivity measures each quarter.
• Plan and schedule daily kitting of work orders and sales orders for production and overseas customers.
• Receive incoming goods, verify deliveries against PO, DO, and invoices.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• NITEC/A Level/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and a “can‑do” attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels.

Required skills

• Courier booking platforms (FedEx, DHL, UPS).
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems such as Epicor, SAP, WMS, MRP.
