Assistant Manager, Administrative Support

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Administrative Support will support the Renaissance Engineering Programme (REP) at NTU, handling academic and examination matters for undergraduate students and providing administrative assistance for overseas exchange and professional attachment programmes. The role also contributes to the annual admissions interview exercise, outreach events and collaborates with the student club on social media publicity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality administrative services for REP faculty and students, including class scheduling, course registration and timetabling coordination with engineering schools.
• Assist with examination scheduling, student record updates and organise town‑hall meetings and departmental minutes.
• Support overseas exchange programmes by managing pre‑departure logistics, post‑exchange queries, surveys and professional attachment supervision.
• Coordinate the annual admissions interview process, handle applicant communications and support external outreach and internal student engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a tertiary institution managing undergraduate programmes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity.
• Meticulous, resource‑ful and excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
