Assistant Manager - Elder Care Programmes

About the role

NHG Polyclinics, the primary care arm of NHG Health serving 1.5 million residents in Central and North Singapore, is looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Clinical Services department. The role plans and implements clinical programmes for older adults across the polyclinics, covering programme management, stakeholder coordination and administrative support to improve services, expand programmes and advance strategic initiatives in eldercare and population health.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and implementation of clinical programmes for older adults, such as eldercare in NHGP, including liaison with partner institutions
• Collaborate with clinic teams (doctors, nurses, operations) to roll out and scale up programmes across all polyclinics
• Coordinate the development and review of management papers, reports and funding proposals
• Monitor, analyse and evaluate key performance indicators such as recruitment numbers and patient outcomes
• Present programme and evaluation updates to Clinical Services, senior management and other stakeholders
• Draft, review and revise cross-functional policy documents and coordinate stakeholder consultation and approval processes
• Monitor programme budgets and support annual work planning, departmental initiatives and strategic planning
• Provide secretariat support for meetings, track action items and support projects and administrative functions as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Life or Biological Sciences
• 1-2 years of work experience in project management, operations and administrative work preferred
• No professional license required

• Report writing and project organisation skills, with analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to change
