Assistant Manager, Innovation and Sustainability

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong as an Assistant Manager in the Innovation and Sustainability Unit, where you will shape and execute sustainability strategies for the firm and its clients. You will oversee Green Mark certification processes, manage utilities data, and champion ESG‑focused facilities management across multiple project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead sustainability strategies, including Green Mark certification and recertification for the organization and its clients.
• Benchmark, analyse and propose improvements for utilities (energy, water, waste) across project sites.
• Co‑lead the company’s sustainability drive as a member of the sustainability task force.
• Review and standardise sustainability processes to ensure consistent quality across sites.
• Monitor key sustainability performance indicators and initiate corrective actions where needed.
• Drive, promote and coordinate FM sustainability initiatives that impact ESG outcomes.
• Encourage digitisation and technology adoption in sustainability practices.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Green Mark processes.
• Preferably a Certified Singapore Energy Manager (SCEM) credential.

• Expertise in Green Mark certification.
