Assistant Manager – IT Systems & Cybersecurity

About the role

Temasek Laboratories @ NTU is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee and protect its IT infrastructure and cybersecurity posture. You will work closely with the defence technology community to ensure secure and reliable IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and secure IT infrastructure and systems.
• Monitor system performance and respond to cyber incidents.
• Implement access controls, patching, and security measures.
• Support cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives.
• Ensure stable and secure IT operations across TL@NTU and NTU.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, information security governance, risk and compliance (GRC), and IT infrastructure security management.
• Experience supporting security certification and compliance programmes (e.g., ISO27001, Cyber Trust Mark), conducting risk assessments and audits, and implementing security controls and policies.
