Assistant Manager, Leasing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager, Leasing to support the leasing and marketing functions of premium Grade A office buildings in Singapore. You will help drive occupancy, maximize rental yields and build long‑term relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve maximum occupancy and increase effective rent year‑over‑year.
• Develop and submit bi‑annual asset plans and leasing/marketing strategies.
• Source new tenants, manage existing tenancies and schedule annual tenant meetings.
• Review lease proposals, negotiate terms and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Enter all leasing deals into the lease management system for approval.
• Maintain strong landlord‑tenant relationships, handling rent payments, arrears, complaints and lease queries.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management and Finance to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Track rental arrears, update credit control reports and assist with legal actions when needed.
• Support annual budgeting, re‑forecasting and cash‑flow analysis for the portfolio.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and proactive with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with tenants and agents.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams such as Facilities and Finance.

Required skills

• Experience with lease management systems.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting and cash‑flow analysis.
• Understanding of commercial real‑estate leasing processes.
