Assistant Manager / Manager – Sales & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager / Manager to drive sales and marketing for residential developments in Singapore. The role will support project launches, lead marketing campaigns, and manage sales operations to boost revenue and strengthen our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular market research and present weekly slides on market trends and competitor sales.
• Lead the conceptualisation and development of sales galleries and show units.
• Liaise with authorities to obtain approvals required for sales launches.
• Ensure smooth operation of sales galleries and show units.
• Manage marketing agencies to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare sales kits and conduct project briefings for agents.
• Formulate and execute pricing strategies, marketing plans and activities.
• Support sales operations, including accurate and timely commission processing.
• Handle after‑sales administration and implementation of sales documents.
• Track and control budgets and expenditures.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player with strong passion and initiative in real estate sales and marketing.
• Independent, meticulous, resourceful, able to multitask and handle pressure well.
• Willingness to work weekends when required.
