Assistant Manager / Manager (Transfer Pricing), Tax

About the role

This position offers an experienced Transfer Pricing professional the chance to lead client services and drive growth within the Tax business unit. You will be a key member of the management team, shaping client experience and overseeing the transfer pricing portfolio for financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Singapore and international clients on tax and transfer pricing implications of inter‑company transactions.
• Ensure compliance with OECD and Singapore transfer pricing guidelines and develop comprehensive strategies.
• Conduct functional analysis interviews, benchmarking studies, and prepare transfer pricing documentation.
• Coordinate with the Forvis Mazars global network on client matters and manage regional or global transfer pricing projects.
• Lead teams in functional analysis, industry research, benchmarking, and the preparation of transfer pricing policies.
• Review client agreements for compliance and risk mitigation, and identify cross‑business development opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external networks.

Required profile

• Degree in law, finance, tax, accounting or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably in the Asia‑Pacific or Europe region and within a professional services firm.
• Experience with financial services clients or financial transactions is preferred.
• SCTP accreditation is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
