Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications to lead brand marketing initiatives in Singapore and support regional projects for the E&E Group. You will drive integrated campaigns, digital marketing, events and lead‑generation activities while collaborating closely with brand principals, sales teams and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage product launches, events, exhibitions, seminars and customer‑engagement activities.
• Develop marketing content such as EDMs, social media posts, website copy, campaign materials and sales collateral.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including Google Ads, paid media, website and landing‑page optimisation, and analytics.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets and marketing claims.
• Coordinate with brand partners, agencies, vendors and internal teams to deliver impactful initiatives.
• Support corporate branding, strategic projects and regional marketing activities.
• Lead the marketing team, ensuring timely approvals and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, technology, professional AV or systems integration.
• Proven project‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, content development and organisational abilities.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and analysing campaign performance.
• Proactive, independent and comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events and regional activities.
