Assistant Manager, Marketing

About the role

Constellar Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, Marketing to join its Commercial Team at Singapore EXPO. You will act as a commercial marketer, brand builder and storyteller, driving demand generation and supporting the sales pipeline for a leading MICE venue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce Singapore EXPO’s brand positioning.
• Generate demand and nurture leads to support the sales pipeline across B2B and B2C audiences.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal commercial teams to plan and launch marketing initiatives.
• Measure campaign performance and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Produce compelling content and storytelling assets that highlight the venue’s capabilities.

Required profile

• Ambitious, entrepreneurial self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership.
• Passionate about marketing, curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Values aligned with care, ownership, trust, passion and innovation.
• No prior MICE experience required; a solid marketing background is essential.
