Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager – Alumni Engagement

About the role

The Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Alumni Engagement supports the planning and delivery of alumni initiatives for NTU's College of Engineering. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Advancement, the role strengthens lifelong connections between alumni and the College through events, communications and programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver alumni engagement programmes, networking sessions and community‑building activities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with alumni, volunteers and alumni leaders, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with the five Schools, the Office of Alumni Engagement and other university stakeholders to implement alumni events and initiatives.
• Manage alumni communications across email, social media and digital platforms, maintaining calendars and outreach campaigns.
• Support the planning and execution of alumni events, handling registration, vendor coordination and post‑event follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate alumni records, monitor participation trends and prepare reports on engagement outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
• 3–5 years of experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, events management or related fields.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese for regular communication with diverse stakeholders.
