Assistant Manager – Student Engagement & Development (Undergrad)

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Student Engagement and Development will enhance the undergraduate experience at NTUpreneur by promoting the Second Major and Minor in Entrepreneurship programmes. Reporting to the Assistant Director/Lead, the role focuses on increasing enrolment through effective communication, outreach, and community‑building initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for SMiE and MiE, overseeing production of brochures, posters and social media campaigns.
• Manage NTUpreneur’s social media channels and create engaging content.
• Collaborate with NTU schools for cross‑departmental promotions.
• Plan and execute outreach events such as roadshows, open houses and information sessions.
• Coordinate NTUpreneur’s participation in internal and external events and organise stakeholder visits.
• Implement onboarding sessions, community‑building events and rebuild the Student Ambassador Programme and Student Club.
• Mentor student leaders and guide club activities, ensuring compliance with NTU governance.
• Own the sourcing and tracking framework for high‑potential entrepreneurial students and venture projects, including data management and administration.

Required profile

• Experience in student engagement, outreach and community development within a higher‑education setting.
• Strong organisational and event‑planning abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple academic departments and external partners.
• Proficiency in managing data and maintaining governance standards.
