Assistant Manager, Undergraduate

About the role

The School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB) at NTU is seeking an Assistant Manager to support undergraduate academic operations. You will work with a diverse team to ensure smooth delivery of curriculum, registration, assessment and related services, enhancing the student learning journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and revise undergraduate curricula, aligning courses with learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
• Monitor program effectiveness through assessments, student feedback and employer input, and implement improvements.
• Create semester timetables, manage course registration systems, and resolve registration issues.
• Plan and schedule examinations, oversee exam administration, and ensure compliance with academic integrity policies.
• Manage grading processes, record results, and communicate outcomes to students promptly.
• Coordinate internship and exchange programmes in collaboration with NTU units.
