Assistant Marketing Manager – B2B Focus

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to drive our regional B2B marketing initiatives across Singapore and the wider region. You will work closely with sales and cross‑functional teams to develop compelling campaigns, support lead generation and strengthen partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional B2B marketing plans, including conferences, trade shows and webinars.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce effective marketing collaterals for online, offline and trade events.
• Create sales promotion materials such as advertising, videos and catalogues.
• Partner with external design agencies to deliver creative content.
• Support the sales team in branding, lead generation and competitor analysis.
• Track and report on marketing initiatives and performance.
• Organise networking events to maintain B2B partner relationships.
• Manage administrative tasks, budget updates, purchase requests and lead lists.
• Lead and mentor marketing executive(s).
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• Degree in Business with a major in Marketing.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data.
