Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

Join Bacha Coffee’s Marketing and Communications team to help shape the luxury lifestyle and F&B retail presence of a globally recognised Arabica coffee brand. You will coordinate and execute marketing, PR, and social media initiatives that drive sales while preserving the brand’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop an annual marketing calendar and adapt it for local and overseas markets.
• Plan, launch and monitor multi‑channel campaigns (search, social, email, content) that enhance brand image and drive customer engagement.
• Create and optimise digital marketing strategies, selecting target audiences and appropriate channels.
• Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Support the creation of creative marketing plans aligned with corporate strategy and brand guidelines.
• Copywrite, edit and proof‑read marketing materials in English.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of retail and digital marketing, public relations and social media management.
• Experience with programmatic and social advertising, as well as SEO best practices.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, PR, Operations, Warehouse and external agencies.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
