About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position supports the Senior Operations Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations across Food & Beverage, Front Office and Security at a vibrant urban resort. It offers a solid foundation in hotel operations for individuals passionate about hospitality and aspiring to become future leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily operations across Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Security to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Oversee service delivery, team performance, hygiene standards, and setup for events, meetings, and group functions.
- Coordinate with Culinary and F&B teams for communication, outlet readiness, inventory control, and presentation standards.
- Manage check‑in/check‑out, Service Centre operations, VIP arrivals, and personalized requests with accuracy and hospitality excellence.
- Monitor lobby presentation, team grooming, and coordinate concierge services such as transportation, tours, and special arrangements.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Supervise security shift activities, ensuring patrol, surveillance, and emergency procedures follow safety protocols.
- Brief security teams on VIPs, special events, and high‑risk zones; participate in drills and support incident response.
- Review incident reports, collaborate during emergencies, and assist with safety and evacuation procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and logs for management review.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand guidelines, and health & safety regulations.
- Identify service gaps, recommend workflow improvements, and support implementation of new initiatives.
- Contribute to training and onboarding of new employees through on‑the‑job training and continuous support.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
