Assistant Planning Manager / Planning Manager

About the role

The Assistant Planning Manager / Planning Manager will lead the development and maintenance of project schedules for large‑scale civil and building projects. Reporting to senior project leadership, the role ensures that all design, construction, and subcontractor activities align with the master programme and key milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive tender, baseline, manpower, resources, and equipment programmes.
• Collaborate with the project team to create start‑up plans, milestone targets, program narratives and write‑ups.
• Generate S‑Curves, KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress and produce weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Track design work schedules against the master programme and provide regular updates.
• Oversee planning of architectural, structural and MEP works, including site inspections and compliance checks.
• Continuously improve planning and scheduling systems based on industry best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by Singapore’s PEB or BCA.
• At least 10 years of hands‑on planning and scheduling experience on large‑scale projects.
• Experience with LTA programme preparation and submissions.
• Ability to work independently, multitask in a fast‑paced environment and produce accurate programmes and narratives.
