Assistant Planning Manager / Planning Manager

About the role

The role focuses on developing comprehensive tender and baseline programmes, collaborating with project teams to set key milestones, and generating performance dashboards. It also oversees the planning of architectural, structural and MEP works to ensure compliance with standards and drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tender, baseline, manpower, resources and equipment programmes.
• Collaborate with the project team to formulate start‑up, milestone and execution plans, including narratives and write‑ups.
• Generate S‑Curves, KPIs and dashboards to monitor project progress.
• Prepare scope appreciation presentations with key milestone targets for project initiation.
• Track design schedules against the master programme and provide regular updates.
• Maintain and update target and micro programmes on a monthly basis.
• Monitor construction progress, produce weekly and monthly reports, and recommend improvements to planning systems.
• Oversee planning of architectural, structural and MEP works, site inspections and compliance with standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised by Singapore's PEB or BCA.
• At least 10 years of experience in large‑scale civil and building projects, with hands‑on planning and scheduling.
• Experience with LTA programme preparation and submissions.
• Highly motivated, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
