Assistant Producer

About the role

AP Media is seeking an Assistant Producer to support the creation of immersive digital content for brands. The role will work closely with the Producer to manage projects from pre‑production through post‑production, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Producer with overall project management, including planning, scheduling and time‑tracking.
• Coordinate production facilities, crew, and talent for on‑set and off‑set shoots.
• Liaise with clients, agencies, government bodies and external partners on assigned projects.
• Contribute to concept development, creative proposals and ideation.
• Track production timelines, deliverables and client requirements.
• Support post‑production workflows by coordinating with editors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proactive, resourceful and solutions‑oriented attitude.
• Strong initiative, ownership and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated production experience in short‑form or commercial projects.
• Basic knowledge of film, media or creative industries; digital marketing awareness is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
• Minimum Diploma in Film & Media Studies or related field.
