About the role
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National University of Singapore is hiring an Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) to lead research and teaching in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead an externally funded research programme in machine learning and AI.
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to address scientific and societal challenges.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses within the department and contribute to curriculum development.
- Participate in departmental, college, and university service activities.
Required profile
- Earned doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Established track record of high‑quality research publications.
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding and lead collaborative projects.
- Commitment to excellence in teaching and academic service.
