Assistant Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of landed housing construction projects at Unitycraft Construction. The role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure projects are executed safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and supervising site activities for landed housing projects.
• Monitor progress, track schedules and budgets, and prepare regular reports and updates.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth communication.
• Support procurement of materials and verify timely delivery to the site.
• Conduct site inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with design, BCA regulations and quality standards.
• Help resolve on‑site problems and provide technical assistance as needed.
• Ensure implementation of workplace safety procedures.

Required profile

• Recognition by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) as an Assistant Project Manager for landed housing projects.
• Familiarity with BCA regulations, submission processes and construction requirements in Singapore.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
