Assistant Project Manager

About the role

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Senior Project Manager and Project Director in delivering ACMV/HVAC projects across healthcare, commercial, and industrial sectors. You will ensure projects meet contractual obligations, stay on schedule, and adhere to safety and engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ACMV/HVAC scopes and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Oversee project cost management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Plan and implement schedules, procurement, cost control, and contractual fulfilment.
• Lead engineers and coordinators to ensure clear communication and task execution.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, and safety management on site.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and reporting abilities.
• Proven conflict‑resolution and independent working skills.

Required skills

• BIM (experience preferred; training provided for newcomers)
• HVAC/ACMV system knowledge
• Mechanical engineering fundamentals
