Assistant Property Manager – Retail Asset

About the role

Lendlease Singapore is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the Parkway Parade team. You will help ensure the mall operates safely, sustainably, and efficiently while meeting corporate and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply corporate requirements on EH&S, sustainability, risk management and operations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance across all asset activities.
• Administer contracts and oversee day‑to‑day soft services such as housekeeping, security, landscaping, waste management and pest control.
• Collaborate with the Building Manager to maintain Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, troubleshoot issues, address complaints and meet performance targets.
• Assist senior managers in preparing operating budgets, business plans, asset review reports and performance dashboards.
• Support development of operational strategies, training schedules and competency programmes for the team.
• Partner with Group Functions to implement new policies, provide feedback and adjust processes as needed.
• Lead the transition to smart facilities management by leveraging emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Engineering, Mechanical or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience managing M&E systems, preferably in a retail environment.
• Minimum 3 years of people‑management experience with a proven ability to lead a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
• Solid understanding of building operations, technical risk management and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
