Assistant QA Manager – Quality Assurance Lead

About the role

FSK Advisory is looking for an experienced Assistant QA Manager to lead its quality function across precision engineering operations. You will be responsible for maintaining product excellence, regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Department and maintain a robust ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Serve as the primary contact for all quality‑related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures, ensuring product and process quality.
• Oversee 5S implementation and enforce workplace quality standards.
• Identify quality issues, coordinate corrective actions with production teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Collect and analyse quality data, prepare reports, and maintain audit documentation.
• Train, supervise, and motivate QA/QC personnel to ensure consistent inspection and packing processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing or precision engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven improvement skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing QC teams.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
