About the role

We are seeking an Assistant R&D Director to support our Research & Development Director in driving civil engineering projects. Based in Singapore, the role combines administrative assistance with hands‑on involvement in project monitoring, data handling and technical liaison.

Key responsibilities

Provide personal assistance to the R&D Director, managing schedules and correspondence.
Assist in the formulation, planning and monitoring of R&D projects.
Collect, organise and analyse project data to support decision‑making.
Supervise day‑to‑day activities of R&D projects, ensuring milestones are met.
Attend internal and client meetings, take accurate minutes and follow up on action items.
Participate in sales meetings, offering technical input where required.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
