Assistant Regional Controller – Asia Pacific

About the role

Join a leading global FMCG organisation as an Assistant Regional Controller for the Asia Pacific region. You will work in a collaborative environment, connecting with diverse teams to ensure seamless financial processes across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile SAP Profit & Loss statements with Group data server reports, identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with central teams.
• Maintain standard cost of SKUs, supporting effective cost management across the region.
• Prepare weekly sales reports with detailed variance analysis and validation.
• Produce monthly actual and forecast P&L reports, processing adjustments from cluster review meetings.
• Support the Head of Controlling or Regional Controller with periodic reporting and ad‑hoc requests.
• Analyse functional reporting outputs, identify gaps between forecasts and results, and initiate corrective actions.
• Act as regional super‑user for Power Query and Group data servers, providing expertise and training to sub‑regions.
• Participate in user acceptance testing for system improvements, collaborating with IT and finance teams.
