Assistant Relationship Manager – Client Services

About the role

You will play a critical role in managing and deepening relationships with family office and ultra‑high net worth (UHNW) clients for our Wealth team. Working closely with Family Office Advisors and cross‑functional partners, you will own complex client management tasks, drive data‑driven research, and ensure seamless use of internal platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client management activities, delivering proactive service to family office and UHNW clients.
• Provide direct administrative and strategic support to Family Office Advisors.
• Handle complex client communications, resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and review tailored client proposals, presentations, and investment recommendations.
• Collaborate with Investment and Operations teams to execute and reconcile portfolio transactions.
• Liaise with banks and trustees on account‑related matters and support client meetings.
• Utilise Bloomberg terminal and other financial platforms for market data analysis.
• Apply basic Python programming to automate data extraction and generate custom reports or dashboards.
• Maintain high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in wealth management, family office, private banking or similar financial services.
• Proven experience managing relationships with UHNW or family office clients.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship capability within a client‑facing team.
• Strong analytical, data‑management and communication skills.
