Assistant Sales Coordinator

About the role

A client of Fuku, which provides steel prefabricated reinforcement solutions for the construction industry, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join its growing marketing team in Singapore. The role supports the sales team with order processing, customer liaison and quotation work.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and on time, processing sales orders according to customer requirements
• Assist with sales enquiries and provide accurate sales quotations as directed
• Liaise with operations departments from confirmed order until readiness for delivery
• Liaise with customers on delivery requirements
• Support the sales team in achieving department objectives
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned

Required profile

• GCE N/O level or NITEC qualification; fresh diploma holders may also be considered
• At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in a related field
• Good communication skills and a positive work attitude

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel
