Assistant Service Manager

About the role

The Assistant Service Manager will oversee maintenance and add‑on activities for building management systems across Singapore. This role involves planning schedules, supervising teams, and ensuring service quality while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Review service reports for accuracy, support quotation preparation and invoicing.
• Assign breakdown tasks to engineers and technicians, monitor procurement of parts, and manage inventory levels.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers to stay within budget.
• Supervise engineers and technicians in day‑to‑day activities and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Follow up on customer payments and coordinate project handovers.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in building management, security, or fire alarm systems.
• Strong management abilities and a pleasant, customer‑focused attitude.
