Assistant Supervisor (5‑day week) – Pandan Loop/Bt Timah

About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Supervisor to join our operations team on a 5‑day work week at our Pandan Loop/Bt Timah site. You will support day‑to‑day operational activities, ensure schedules run smoothly, and help drive efficiency across the site.
Key responsibilities
- Support, supervise and monitor operational schedules.
- Coordinate work activities, resources and equipment.
- Identify and propose efficiency improvements and solve operational problems.
- Resolve issues, conflicts and emergencies promptly.
- Report attendance and track target achievement.
- Assist with recruitment, selection and staff training.
- Perform other duties as instructed.
Required profile
- Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Physically fit and able to work on site.
- Professional appearance: polo tee, black long pants and black covered shoes (no logos/designs).
