Assistant Supervisor – Sales Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Supervisor to support our Sales Operations team across Singapore. In this role you will help ensure that sales processes run smoothly and that our sales representatives are equipped with the tools and data they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient sales processes for the sales team and specialists.
• Research and analyse market and internal data to produce accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with other departments and senior management to align sales activities with business objectives.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and training new sales representatives.
• Identify sales opportunities by analysing trends and customer data.
• Create and manage automation tools to improve sales workflow efficiency.
• Implement and maintain CRM tools to maximise customer relationships and sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in sales operations or a related commercial function.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and forecast sales.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
• Proven ability to train and mentor sales staff.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools for sales processes.
