Assistant Web Operations Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Web Operations Manager at Bacha Coffee, you will support the management of multiple brand websites across all markets. You will help plan, launch, and optimise site features while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily website operations across all markets, monitoring performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Plan and coordinate site launches, new features, and optimisation projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Campaign, and Warehouse teams to update website content in line with active promotions.
• Serve as the primary contact for franchisees and subsidiaries on website‑related matters.
• Consolidate regional feedback, translate it into actionable improvements, and define user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Identify operational risks proactively and implement solutions to minimise disruptions.

Required profile

• Experience managing multiple brand websites or eCommerce platforms.
• Strong ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset to monitor KPIs and translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and feedback consolidation.
