Assistant Web Operations Manager

About the role

The Assistant Web Operations Manager will support the eCommerce Manager in overseeing the daily operation of Bacha Coffee’s multiple brand websites across all markets. This role ensures optimal website performance, coordinates new site launches, feature updates, and content transcreation while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor website health, performance metrics, and user experience across all regional sites.
• Plan, project‑manage, and coordinate site launches, feature releases, and optimisation initiatives.
• Work with Marketing, Campaign, Customer Service and Warehouse teams to translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements for development agencies.
• Serve as the primary contact for franchisees and subsidiaries on website‑related matters, consolidating feedback into actionable improvements.
• Identify operational risks, propose solutions, and ensure minimal disruption to online services.
• Define acceptance criteria and success metrics for website enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market behaviour and website performance data.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
