About the role
The School of Social Sciences at NTU Singapore is seeking candidates for Assistant or Associate Professor (tenure‑track) positions in Microeconomics, with a particular interest in research that connects micro‑economic theory to artificial intelligence.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑quality, impactful research in microeconomics and related AI topics, publishing in leading international journals.
- Teach and develop undergraduate and graduate courses, including General Education modules, and design new curricula as needed.
- Supervise graduate students and undergraduate projects, providing mentorship and academic guidance.
Required profile
- Demonstrated record of research excellence, with evidence of impact and a clear trajectory in microeconomics or AI‑related economics.
- Relevant post‑doctoral experience is valued.
- Must hold, or be on track to obtain, a PhD degree by August 2027.
