Associate / Consultant – International Tax Services (Transfer Pricing)

About the role

EY’s global transfer pricing practice is seeking motivated professionals to join the International Tax Services team. You will help multinational clients build, manage, document and defend transfer pricing policies that align with their business strategies, while gaining exposure to a worldwide network of tax economists and specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare transfer pricing policies, planning reports and documentation to substantiate client positions.
• Assist with applications for and negotiations of rulings and Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs) to obtain upfront certainty.
• Conduct transfer pricing planning, including Operating Model Effectiveness projects that generate tax benefits from business restructurings.
• Act as a trusted advisor to multinational companies, addressing ad‑hoc transfer pricing queries and providing pragmatic solutions.
• Analyze client financial data, develop recommendations, and manage engagement economics and staffing.

Required profile

• Degree in economics, finance, law, tax or accounting; CPA or similar certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant transfer pricing experience for associate level or 3 years for consultant level.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, project‑management and analytical abilities.
• Accreditation by the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) is a plus.
