About the role
We are looking to hire a Singapore-qualified Associate/Counsel to join our Capital Markets/Mergers & Acquisitions team. The role involves providing legal advisory on commercial contracts and a broad range of transactions such as placements, rights issues, SGX listing compliance, corporate disclosure, governance, restructuring and employee share schemes.
Key responsibilities
- Work on corporate and capital markets transactions including M&A, private equity investments, IPOs, placements and rights issues.
- Provide legal advice on general commercial contracts and various transactions such as corporate disclosure, governance, restructuring and employee share schemes.
Required profile
- Singapore-qualified lawyer with 2–6 years post‑qualification experience.
- Experience in general transactional and corporate matters and familiarity with SGX listing rules.
Required skills
- Strong legal knowledge, communication and drafting abilities.
