Associate, Diligence Management, Infrastructure (Contract)

About the role

The Global Client Group (GCG) manages institutional relationships and raises capital for Brookfield's private funds. Its Diligence Management team runs the end-to-end fund due diligence process, from fund launch and initial client interest through IC approval. This contract Associate works with Client Relationship Managers, Fundraise Management, Investor Relations, Marketing, Product Development, Legal, Compliance, Tax and others to deliver a top-tier diligence experience for prospective investors in infrastructure and energy funds, and to drive client conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage due diligence deliverables for fundraising, including DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, quantitative datasets, IDD/ODD presentations and related materials
• Complete the quarterly suite of deliverables for consultants and update consultant databases regularly
• Respond to investor diligence requests with technical materials, working closely with Investor Relations and investment professionals
• Plan and oversee investor interactions, including calls, meetings, asset tours, on-site meetings and due diligence days
• Prepare initial diligence materials before fund launch, such as standard DDQs, investor presentations, PPMs and case studies
• Build a deep understanding of the firm's infrastructure and energy products, strategies, portfolio and corporate structure, and communicate the Brookfield story clearly to investors
• Use firm tools such as the RFP content database (Loopio), quantitative datasets, HR and personnel data and performance metrics
• Maintain marketing collateral such as pitchbook presentations and case studies during fundraising

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, marketing, communications or another relevant discipline
• 4+ years of experience in private fund marketing, due diligence, client services or other fundraising or client functions; infrastructure/energy experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with investment products and institutional private fund marketing environments highly desired
• Project management experience across multiple projects and jurisdictions; experience in high-volume, technology-enabled processes
• Excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, organization and teamwork
