Associate Director, Product & Portfolio Management

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead product and portfolio management for Standard Chartered’s retail unsecured loans in Singapore. The role focuses on driving growth, profitability and compliance across acquisition and retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies for targeted client segments.
• Monitor portfolio and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Build business cases for product, process and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to address channel and client feedback.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, risk and conduct requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in credit cards or consumer unsecured lending.
• Proven product and project management experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
