Associate Director, Transaction Banking Financial Institutions (TBFI) Sales

About the role

The Associate Director, Transaction Banking Financial Institutions (TBFI) Sales will lead the growth of transaction banking services within the NBFI segment. You will own a diverse portfolio of financial institutions and drive sustainable revenue by delivering tailored payment, cash and liquidity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of NBFI clients with operations across multiple regions.
• Define and implement tactical sales strategies and initiatives to capture market opportunities.
• Focus on Payment and Cash Management (PCM) and Liquidity Management solutions.
• Support regional sales activities and deepen client relationships through a strong understanding of client requirements.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs, deliver client presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with FIG Relationship Management teams, product teams (PCM and Trade Finance) and enablement teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Achieve revenue and return targets while ensuring a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transaction banking sales, preferably within the NBFI segment.
• Strong track record of managing and expanding client portfolios across regions.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
