Innovation & Enterprise Manager – LKCMedicine

About the role

The Office of Innovation & Enterprise at LKCMedicine is seeking a Manager to lead industry partnership and commercialization activities. Reporting to the Vice Dean (Innovation and Enterprise) and supported by a junior team member, you will help translate research into real‑world impact and expand the school’s visibility across the healthcare ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage industry partnerships, aligning commercial needs with LKCMedicine’s commercialization strategy and technology portfolio.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with partners across biotech, pharma, med‑tech, consumer health and related sectors to generate collaboration and commercial opportunities.
• Facilitate and oversee industry collaboration agreements, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met and projects are executed effectively.
• Strengthen engagement with regional and international industry networks to raise LKCMedicine’s visibility and translate research into real‑world impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing industry partnerships and commercialization activities within the healthcare or life‑science ecosystem.
• Ability to work closely with senior academic leadership and a junior team member in a lean, agile environment.
• Strong understanding of the biotech, pharmaceutical, med‑tech and consumer‑health sectors.
